The Flat Lay Creator Club is our affiliate programme. Join and you'll get a personal affiliate link to share in your content. When someone shops through your link you earn 15% commission and your audience get 10% off (if they are a new customer).

You must be 18 or over, based in the US, and have a public TikTok or Instagram account. And a bank account or Paypal to get your commission!

Fill in the sign-up form on the Creator Club page, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and submit your application. We review every application manually and will get back to you within 48 hours. Make sure your TikTok or Instagram is set to public before you apply.

Once approved you'll receive:

• A unique affiliate tracking link
• Access to your creator dashboard where you can track clicks, orders, and commission
• Monthly content prompts and challenge ideas to keep things fresh

If you don't already own one of our bags, you can order any single product worth up to $45 from our site and receive a full refund once your first video has been live for 30 days. Here's how it works: order your bag, post your first video featuring it on your public TikTok or Instagram, keep it live for 30 days, then submit your claim via our First Bag Refund form with your video link, order number, and email address. We'll process your refund within 14 days of confirming the video is still live. One per Creator!

The programme runs in monthly cycles that reset on the 1st of each month. To stay active you need to post at least one qualifying post during the current cycle and submit your post link via our monthly submission form before the last day of the month. If you join part-way through a month, your first cycle runs from your join date to the end of that calendar month. Full monthly cycles start from the 1st of the following month.

A qualifying post is the one post per month you submit to keep your membership active. It can be any video on your public TikTok or Instagram that genuinely features one of our bags - GRWM, getting ready with friends, makeup in the car, whatever you're already filming.

It needs to stay publicly live for at least 30 days, tag @flatlayco with #FlatLayLand and #FlatLayCreatorClub, and include your disclosure if you intentionally mention our product in the video or caption. Submit the link via our monthly form before the last day of the cycle.

Every sale. Any time someone clicks your affiliate link and makes a valid purchase, you earn 15% commission - regardless of which post drove it or whether it was your qualifying post. The monthly qualifying post is simply what keeps your membership active.

You earn 10% commission on every order placed by a new customer through your affiliate link. Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding shipping and tax. It shows up in your dashboard as Pending straight away, moves to Approved after 30 days once the return window has passed, and is then added to your balance ready for payout.

Payments are made via PayPal once your balance reaches $20. Once your commission is approved you can request a payout from your dashboard. Make sure your PayPal details are set up in your account settings - we can't process payment without them.

When someone clicks your affiliate link, a 30-day tracking cookie is saved in their browser. That means if they click your link but don't buy straight away, you still get the commission as long as they make a valid purchase within 30 days of clicking. You don't need to do anything - it's automatic.

Only if you intentionally mention our product in your video or caption. If you do, include #ad or #CommissionsEarned in the first three lines of your caption - not buried at the bottom - and say or show something like "I'm a Flat Lay Creator, use the link in my bio for 10% off" early in the video. That covers your legal disclosure and acts as your call to action at the same time.

If the bag happens to be in the video through normal use and you don't mention it, no disclosure is needed. And if someone asks in the comments where your bag is from and you reply with our tag or a link, that's completely fine - a comment reply isn't an endorsement and doesn't require #ad.

Every post needs its own disclosure - a previous post's disclosure doesn't carry over.

We focus on TikTok and Instagram. Posts on other platforms are welcome but only TikTok and Instagram content counts toward your monthly qualifying post requirement.

Keep it real and on-brand. You must not post anything offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or illegal. You must not make false or exaggerated claims about our products - only share your genuine experience. You must not associate our brand with competitors. If we ask you to remove a post, we need it taken down within 48 hours. Repeated issues or failure to comply may result in removal from the programme.

If you don't post a qualifying post and submit it before the end of a cycle, your membership lapses. You're welcome to reapply to the programme but won't be automatically reinstated.

Via our monthly submission form - the link is included in your monthly code email. Submit your public post link before the last day of the cycle. That's it.

Yes, if you don’t follow our guidelines.. We can remove you immediately for fraud, sharing your discount link publicly on coupon or deal sites, posting off-brand or damaging content, or any serious breach of our Terms & Conditions. On removal your link is deactivated immediately. Any approved commission above the $20 minimum will be paid out within 60 days.

If your membership lapsed due to inactivity you can reapply and we'll review your application. If you were removed for a breach of our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to decline your reapplication.
